Drop in your campaign creatives. They get placed into saved website screenshots at the right ad positions, and you get a finished PowerPoint to send to the client.
These fill in the title slide and the header on every screenshot page.
Choose the folder holding your creatives. If it has one sub-folder per audience,
each becomes its own set of slides. File names need the size in them, like
Moab_Outdoor_300x250.jpg.

Everything is saved in your browser. Tickets and leads are shared with your team once you sign in on the Social Posts tab. Sending posts, creating ads and email reminders use your own server (see the Hostinger guide).
Give your agency team and your clients their own sign-in. You choose what each person can see. Only the administrator (the first account on the server) can use this page.
| Role | Can do | Cannot do |
|---|---|---|
| Administrator | Everything, including adding and removing people | - |
| Team member | Every tool you tick (all by default), shared tickets and leads, social posting, campaign creation | Manage people |
| Client | See their own tickets and leads, raise requests and add comments, by default in a simple view with Dashboard, Leads and Tickets | See other clients, change tickets or leads, use any tool you have not ticked for them |
A client sees only the tickets and leads whose Client field matches the client name you type below, so use the same spelling on every ticket and lead.
Dashboard is always shown. For Tickets and Leads you can choose Can edit or View only. Social Posts, Campaign Builder and the Domain Analyser also use your server, so unticking them blocks the server features too. Clients can use only Dashboard, Tickets and Leads from the server; other ticked tools just run in their own browser.
Capture leads from your website form, add or import them, move them through your pipeline, set follow-up dates and see which source and campaign they came from. Sign in on the Social Posts tab and your whole team works on the same list.
CSV columns it understands: name, phone, email, company, source, campaign, value, owner. The first row must be the column names.
Paste the code below into any page of your website. Every submission becomes a lead here, marked New, with its source and campaign taken from the page's UTM tags. Needs your server connected.
Raise tickets for client requests, issues and tasks, give each an owner, priority and due date, track it from To do to Done and keep a checklist and comments on every ticket. Sign in on the Social Posts tab and your whole team sees the same board.
Everything runs in your browser. Paste a page's HTML to audit it, plan keywords, write titles and descriptions, generate structured data, robots.txt and a sitemap, and get a prioritised SEO action plan for the type of business.
Open the page, choose View Source, copy everything and paste it here (a browser cannot fetch other sites for you). Or upload a saved .html file.
Paste keywords, one per line (add a volume after a comma if you have it: running shoes, 12000). The tool groups them into topics, labels search intent and funnel stage, and suggests the page to build. Volumes are not invented: they come only from what you paste (export from Google Keyword Planner, Search Console or a tool such as Semrush).
Length limits are guidelines: Google truncates by pixel width (about 580px for titles), shown here as an estimate. It may also rewrite titles and descriptions.
Paste inside the page's <head>. Check the result in Google's Rich Results Test before going live; rich results are never guaranteed.
Choose the business type. You get a prioritised checklist you can tick off, with effort, and download as Excel. This is a standard best-practice list, not an audit of your site.
Enter a domain and brand name to see which marketing tools and ad pixels a website uses, what that suggests about its channels, its SEO and email set-up, and one-click links to the public ad libraries and backlink tools. Use it to prepare a pitch or to understand a competitor.
Open the website, choose View Source, copy everything and paste it here. The same checks run in your browser.
These pages are run by other companies. Ad libraries show ads that are live now; backlink and traffic tools usually need a free account or limit what you can see.
Design a responsive email from a template, test the subject line, check spam and deliverability risks, and set up the sending domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and warm-up. You download clean HTML to paste into Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailerlite or any sender. This tool does not send bulk email itself: use a sending service for that, because shared hosting mail is not built for it.
The {{merge tags}} are placeholders. Replace them with your sender's own tag (for example *|FNAME|* in Mailchimp, {{ first_name }} in Klaviyo) before sending.
Paste the email HTML (or the one from Compose is used if you leave it empty).
Design a marketing automation flow across email, WhatsApp and SMS. Start from a ready template, edit every step, and download a build sheet (Excel), a JSON file or a plain-text brief to set it up in your sender (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot, WhatsApp Business Platform). The flow is saved in your browser.
Build WhatsApp message templates that follow Meta's rules, preview them on a phone, make click-to-chat links and QR codes, and plan opt-in and broadcasts. This tool prepares everything; sending runs through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) or your provider, and Meta must approve every template.
Tag each placement in the pre-filled message (for example a code at the end) so you can tell which poster, ad or page sent the chat. Click-to-WhatsApp ads in Meta Ads Manager open the same chat, and the first conversation in the 72 hours after a click is free of template charges; check Meta's current pricing page for the rest.
Upload the raw delivery export from your DSP (Excel or CSV). The optimizer reads the columns, checks every dimension against your targets using significance tests (so it does not chase noise), and tells you what to change, in priority order. Everything runs in your browser; the file is not uploaded anywhere.
The blocklist and allowlist are plain domain lists, one per line, ready to paste into the DSP's exclusion or inclusion list.
Upload the raw delivery data (one file per channel, for example on-site, off-site, out-of-home) and get a finished weekly, fortnightly, monthly or end-of-campaign report: delivery against booked, creative, audience, device and market performance, plus plain-English findings. It downloads as PowerPoint, PDF or Excel. Everything runs in your browser.
Every report downloads as PowerPoint, PDF and Excel.
Add one file per channel. Excel or CSV. Enter the booked impressions to see delivery against plan.
Describe the brand, goal, budget and the services the client needs. The builder proposes a channel mix, impressions, rates and creative deadlines in the same layout as your Kinective proposals, with several budget tiers if you want them. Adjust any line, then download the Excel plan.
Rates marked from proposals come from your Kinective proposals. Rows marked estimate are placeholders: confirm them with the media owner before sending a plan.
Edit the budget or rate in any line. Impressions, totals and clicks update.
Keep track of where a proposal stands and record the client's decision. This tool works on its own: type the details, or pick a package from the Proposal Builder if you built one. It keeps a dated version history and a printable approval record.
Fill in what you know, leave the rest empty. Pick services, currency and which slides to include, then download a client-ready PDF, an editable PowerPoint or an Excel pricing sheet. Every field is optional and anything left empty is simply left out of the proposal.
Choosing a proposal type resets the services, slides and wording below. Your work is also remembered in this browser automatically.
Choosing a currency sets the usual tax (India 18% GST, Japan 10%, Europe and UK 20% VAT, US none). Check the rate that applies to your client, then type the fee in that currency. Amounts are not converted for you.
Tick or untick anything. You can combine Google, Meta and the rest freely. Use Edit to change the wording of a service.
Choose which reporting periods you offer. These appear on the reporting slide.
Recommended: one master dashboard with a tab for each channel. It gives the client a single link and one set of numbers. Use separate dashboards only when different people need different access.
Set each section to Include or Skip. Open a section to edit its wording. One item per line; where you see a bar | it separates the columns.
What this is: the run book for the person who will manage the campaign day to day, covering the launch checklist, how to pace and bid, what to test and what to do when numbers move. Use it after the media plan is agreed. Then describe the campaign and get a practical plan for how to run it: launch checklist, budget split and pacing, bidding and targeting per channel, frequency caps, creative testing with the sample sizes needed, an optimization calendar with decision rules, and risks. Download it as Excel or PDF.
Choose the platform. The builder then follows that platform's own create-campaign flow, using its steps, field names and wording: for Meta, Buying type then Objective; for Google Ads, the campaign goal then the campaign type (Search, Performance Max and more). Items that could not be confirmed against the live platform are tagged confirm. Campaigns are always created paused or as drafts. Where the server cannot create a campaign type, you get an export file instead, and the tool tells you why.
Check 1P and 3P tags before they go live, convert or insert the right macros for the platform you traffic in, generate tracking tags, and build tracked URLs and a measurement plan that links to GA4. Everything runs in your browser; tags are not uploaded.
Paste one or many tags (CM360 placement, impression and click trackers, Floodlight, GA4, GTM, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, X, IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat, Nielsen, Comscore, Flashtalking, Innovid, VAST). Separate tags with a blank line or a line of ---. You can also upload a .txt, .html or .csv file.
Every tag you check is kept here with its details: who provided it, when, type, size, IDs, status and issues. Assign each to a line so the trafficker knows what to attach where. Saved in this browser.
Paste a tag or URL. It recognises macros and placeholders from DV360, Xandr, Ad Manager and hand-typed ones like [timestamp], and rewrites them for the platform you choose. Optionally adds a cache-buster and GDPR parameters where they are missing.
Generates standard install code for each platform. IDs are yours; check every tag in the tag checker and test it in the platform's own debugger before launch.
One tracked URL per platform using that platform's own dynamic parameters, so GA4 reports campaign, creative and placement without manual work. Downloads a full tracking plan: URLs, events by objective, platform event mapping, GA4 linking and QA checklists, and the tag inventory.
Capture what the agency and the client each need to provide, with owner, status and due date, then send it as a brief. Saved in this browser as you type. Export to Excel or PDF to share.
Every line gets a go-live date and a reminder before it. When this month's lines are all marked live, next month's lines are armed automatically and the trafficker is told the set number of days ahead (default 5). Reminders show here, as browser notifications while this page is open, as calendar alerts (.ics), and as emails from your server when it is connected.
Each tool in this page is a tab with its own panel, so new ones can be added without touching the others. Tell Claude what you want next and it is added here as another tab. Ideas that fit this toolkit:
